Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at the RiVern Shop. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns:
If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team at rich@rivernadventuredesings.com within 30 days of receiving the product to initiate the return process. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Filters should be unopened. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

Refunds:
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving the product to initiate the exchange process. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note:

We do not accept returns or exchanges after 30 days of receiving the product.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used, damaged, or not in their original packaging.
